Carlos Vives Wins Big At 2013 Latin Grammy

After much anticipation, the 2013 Latin Grammys finally happened on Thursday night in Las Vegas.
The awards ceremony had glamour, energetic performances and of course, plenty of winners.
Pero, above all of them stood out el cantante y compositor colombiano Carlos Vives.
Vives took home the most awards of the night with three wins incluyendo Song of the Year for his top-hit “Volví a Nacer.”
“It’s more than I expected for this comeback,” said Vives as he accepted the award. “I want to dedicate this to all of the kids in the world in Latin America because they made this song even bigger, and I want to dedicate this to my country, Colombia.”
Other winners included Marc Anthony who won Record of the Year for “Vivir Mi Vida,” and Gaby Moreno who won Best New Artist.
