Bats Invade Echo Park Lake

Ever visit Echo Park Lake at night and see “birds” flying around at night? Well, we have some news. It’s not birds flying around, it’s bats!

Bats have invaded Echo Park Lake, but it doesn’t seem to be a bad thing. People who were walking around the lake say that the bats were simply flying around eating bugs and not hurting anyone. They seemed pleasant, which is kind of crazy.

It’s not the first time that bats have been seen in Los Angeles, but it is the first time that people have visited them while there’s a large group circling around the lake. No word as to why the bats are in the lake, but if you plan to go see the bats, be careful.
