Melissa Rios, also known as "Popis," is an On Air Personality for Mega 96.3. Melissa, 26, was born May 18th, 1990 in Duarte, CA. She grew up in the city of Azusa, CA where she attended High School at Gladstone High. Upon graduating from High School, she began pursuing her career in entertainment by attending the Academy of Radio and Television Broadcasting and receiving her certification March of 2013.

Melissa started her professional radio career working as a Promotions Assistant for Latino 96.3 in October of 2012. Five months later she was then promoted to be an On Air Personality for 97.9 La Raza. Three years later she was given the opportunity to co host the morning show at sister station Mega 96.3.

Melissa is also a single mother to 5 year old Isaac who has been her number one motivator and has played a huge role in her rapid and growing success. She has hosted at multiple venues and public events such as LA Live, Staples Center, The Conga Room, The Los Angeles Forum, Pico Rivera Sports Arena, Six Flags GradNite, and many other events.
