Paul McCartney didn’t just return to the stage on Saturday after being hospitalized in Tokyo in May. The 72-year-old played cupid at the Albany, New York, show when he helped John Dann, a fan from Rochester, propose to his girlfriend, Claudia Rodgers. The rocker brought the couple onstage during the show’s second encore after he spotted them holding up two neon signs in the audience – hers read, “He won’t marry me 'til he meets you,” and his read, “I have the ring & I’m 64.”
