Pitbull Chosen To Host 2013 American Music Awards

Rapper Pitbull sure knows how to get a party started which comes to no surprise that he has been chosen to host one of music’s biggest events. 

On Tuesday, it was announced that Pitbull will be hosting the 2013 American Music Awards on November 24. 

The 32-year-old was chosen in part for his Latino heritage as the awards show will celebrate the 25th anniversary of Gloria Estefan’s appearance on the show, according to the Associated Press.

Mr. Worldwide is also scheduled to perform his song “Timber” with Ke$ha. 

The American Music Awards will air live from Los Angeles on ABC.
