Several Latino and American celebrities have joined forces para una buena causa.
Sofía Vergara, Jennifer Aniston, Shaun White, Michael Strahan, Luis Fonsi, and Robin Williams have all signed up for the “Thanks and Giving” campaign, a St. Jude Research Hospital operation agains cancer in children.
These celebrities, media, and more than 60 companies nationwide who have joined the campaign ask consumers to make a donation to St. Jude while doing their Holiday shopping.
“I am proud to be part of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital family,” said Fonsi. “To every corner of the world I take my music, I also carry with me the love and commitment to this noble cause.”
Vergara said it was a privilege for her to be a part of the campaign.
“As a mother and cancer survivor, there is nothing more important that helping and supporting the work carried out in St. Jude every day,” she said.
