Pixar and Star Wars fans get ready, there are sequels coming your way.
Disney has announced that it is continuing the story lines of three of the company’s most beloved films.
So, aprevenganse because “The Incredibles 2,” “Cars 3,” and “Star Wars 7” are all in the works and will soon be coming to a theater near you.
The exact stories of these upcoming películas are still unknown, but “The Incredibles” and “Cars” said to follow up where they each left off respectively.
As for the much-anticipated next installment of the the Star Wars franchise, that film will be set 30 years after Episode VI: Return of the Jedi.
“There will be some very familiar faces along with a trio of new young leads,” said Walt Disney CEO Bob Iger during the announcement. “The team is well into preproduction and from the concept art that I have seen so far, ‘Star Wars: Episode VII’ really looks amazing.”
Because the Pixar films are still very early in development, it is unknown when they will hit theaters.
However, “Star Wars 7” is set to be in theaters December 18, 2015.
