R&B singer Alicia Keys, hip hop star Kendrick Lamar y recording artist Pharrell Williams have all become superheroes – sort of.
In the official music video for the song “It’s On Again” for the upcoming soundtrack for “The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” three singers are placed right in the middle of all the spidey action.
Last month, it was revealed que the trio of music’s royalty had teamed up to record the film’s official anthem and up until now only the audio version of the song could be heard.
Pues ahora, the video has been released with Keys leading most of the way and singing all the high notes. Lamar starts things off with the opening verse and then makes brief appearances throughout the video.
Another star that makes an appearance in the video is Williams, who also co-wrote and produced the song. He is first seen watching a wall of security cameras before joining Keys and Lamar later on as they sing on the streets of New York City.
The almost four-minute music video is a double treat porque not only do fans get to see Keys, Lamar y Williams singing sino que también es a sneak peek into the movie.
Throughout the video, scenes of the highly-anticipated summer movie could be seen giving viewers glimpses of what is in store.
“The Amazing Spider-Man 2,” which stars Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone will be in theaters May 2.
