Hoy fue el probation hearing de Lindsay Lohan.. que fueron los resultados and the sentence
well.. she is sentenced to 300 days.. 30 of which she must spend in county jail and surrender Nov. 9, 2011. Despues de esos 30 dias.. she must report to the probation office. Which her last probation officer denied being responsible for her so she was assigned a new probation officer.. and it gets worse lol.. while on probation she has a remaining 270 days to account for..
She won’t be returning to the Downtown womens shelter because the judge did not want to put them through that again
Good Shepherd Homeless Women Shelter refused to take her in saying she is a negative influence on women trying to get their life back together.
So back to the morgue it is.. where she is to completar 12 dias de community service and 4 45minute sessions of psyco therapy by next court date on Dec. 14..
If its all met with no violations jail time will be stayed and she will need to complete another 12 days of servicio a la comunidad en el morgue and 4 more psycho therapy sessions by Jan 17.. if no violations and all completed.. jail time will be stayed until Feb 15. .. si pa ese tiempo todo bien.. she has til Feb 15 to complete another 12 days at the morgue and 4 more therapy sessions.. if all good.. she has til march 29th to completar 6 psycho therapy sessions and 17 days of the morgue.. if all completed by then.. jail time will be stayed for good and all she has to do is follow the law.
If at any time she has any violations.. there will be a warrant for her arrest.
